Presently all criminal County Courts at Law are participating in the AFV program.
The Prosecutors assigned to the AFV Court are Amanda Lanning and Brett Hobbs with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
Dockets are held at 1:30 PM on Thursdays according to the following schedule:

A court approved Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) will be required as a condition of probation for all defendants placed on probation. For information on local BIPP providers click here.
