District Clerk Electronic Filing (E-Filing)
What is E-File?
E-File is the process of filing documents electronically
over the internet. Montgomery County has been involved in e-filing for over
six years. However, it is each court's decision as to which cases are filed
electronically.
There are several ways you can file a document via e-file.
1. Bring your document to our office. The fee for this is $1.00 per page.
2. Bring a disc with your document on it and file at our public terminal for no
charge by calling
Court Link and obtaining a one time password.
3. Subscribe to LexisNexis by calling 1-800-227-4908 or by checking the website
at www.lexisnexis.com
