District Clerk Imaging Department
The Record Retention Law requires two forms of all final court documents. In 1997, Barbara Adamick, the District Clerk, created the Imaging Department. This is where a document is scanned into a central data base creating an image for the usage of Court Personnel, Attorneys and the General Public by request. By creating the Imaging Department, it has made the streamline in the District Clerk's office more productive.
The Imaging Department is responsible for imaging and verifying all necessary Court Documents, handling Expunction cases, after they have been granted and signed by a District Judge, by removing all identifiers pertaining to that individual. Responsibilities also include storing and maintaining both Criminal and Civil Exhibits which are submitted by the Court Reporter.
It is not possible to view images on line.
