Assistant Court Coordinator
Ms. Rubio previously worked for City of Oak Ridge North Municipal Court as a court clerk. She began working for Montgomery County with the County Clerk's Office in 2003 as a criminal court clerk. She began working for Judge Turner in 2007 and has currently completed her first year of the Trial Court Coordination program as part of the Professional Development Program with the Texas Center for the Judiciary and is also a member of the Texas Association for Court Administration. Ms. Rubio was selected to attend the Latino Leadership Initiative Program in 2011 at the Harvard Kennedy School. Ms. Rubio graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Political Science in 2013.
Official Court Reporter
Ms. McCoy attended the Court Reporting Institute of Houston. She became licensed with the State of Texas as a shorthand reporter in 2006.
Cpl. Salinas began working with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department since 1993. Mr. Salinas served as a hostage negotiator for 14 years as a member of the Crisis Negotiation Team. Cpl. Salinas is a Master Peace Officer.
Court Liaison Officer
Mr. Hernández is the Court Liaison Officer for this court. He has a degree in English from Sam Houston State University and has been employed with the Probation Dept. since March of 1990. Mr. Hernández is married. He and his wife, Kelly, have two children and have resided in Montgomery County since 1993.
