The Drug Court for Montgomery County Court Assisted Rehabilitation Experience (C.A.R.E.) Program works as a catalyst for positive change in program participants and staff, and the community. The Montgomery County C.A.R.E. Program works to enhance public safety by reducing recidivism using consistent evidence-based practices and working hand-in-hand with the courts, participants and treatment providers to address needs of individual participants and substance abuse. The C.A.R.E. Program is committed to serving as a support system to encourage recovery and behavioral changes. Through this commitment, the program strives to enhance both the participant’s opportunity to succeed and maximize community safety, by graduating more productive citizens.
