How long does it take to fill a position?
While every effort is made to fill positions as quickly as possible, many factors determine the time it takes to fill a position including the period of time the position is posted, the number of applications received, and the schedule of the person(s) responsible for screening and interviewing applicants.
May I personally contact the individual in the hiring department who will conduct the interviews?
We discourage applicants from contacting the hiring department until they have been selected for an interview.
Human Resources will forward your application to the hiring department.
After reviewing the applications, the hiring department decides which applicants to call in for an interview.
