To request a hearing to obtain an Occupational Driver's License, the Plaintiff must file a Petition for Occupational Driver's License with the Court.
After the form is completed and required documents are provided and verified, a court date will be set and the Plaintiff will receive notification.
If the Judge grants the Petition, an order will be prepared and sent to the Plaintiff. Please note: The Court order is NOT an Occupational Driver's License, but is required to obtain the license from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
