The Magnolia Sports Park, located at 31719 Sugar Bend in west Montgomery County, consists of 15 acres developed in 1983 and funded through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Outdoor Grant Assistance Program. The facilities consist of three football, four softball and two baseball fields with concession stands and restrooms. A pavilion with basketball courts was also included in the development.
An additional 50 acres, located on Friendship Drive and connected to the existing park, was purchased in 1998 expanding the facilities to include an equestrian arena and six additional baseball fields with concession stands, restrooms and picnic area.
Private use of the facilities requires permission from Montgomery County.
