This office accepts cash and money orders. No checks are accepted. Money orders should be made payable to Montgomery County. Do not send cash in the mail. You must include a copy of your ticket with your payment.
Credit cards are accepted through a credit card service. A convenience fee will be charged by the service. To access this service, dial 888-643-8043 or appear in person at the office. You will need your credit card information, the Court where your charge has been filed, (this is Justice Court, Precinct Three), you will need your docket number, citation number and the amount of your payment. If you do not have this information, you must contact the court.
