The Montgomery County Purchasing Department, as well as elected officials, department heads and staff pledge to discharge their duties in a manner
that will provide, to all responsible vendors and contractors, an equitable and competitive access to procurement processes. It shall be the policy of Montgomery County,
acting by and through it's duly appointed Purchasing Agent, Carolyn Hooper, to fully comply in all aspects with the rules, regulations and procedures. Furthermore, Montgomery County
procurement will be conducted in a manner that will promote public confidence in the integrity of the Montgomery County procurement organization.
Vendors interested in being added to the Montgomery County bidder's Mailing List
must complete the Vendor Online Application.
