Can’t view different pages in tiff image?
If you cannot view other pages in the downloaded tiff, save the download directly to your computer. When prompted to download, you will be asked to run or save. Save it to your computer by clicking “Save As.” Once done, open the location where the file was saved. Right click the tiff and click “open with...” Choose one of the supported programs - Windows uses photo viewer, Linux will use Document Viewer.

Macintosh Users
Currently, the only way to view images on Macintosh PC is through Firefox with the java plug-in. To install Firefox, go to www.firefox.com and click "Download Firefox". Once Firefox has installed, open Firefox and go to java.com. Click “free java download” then click “Agree and Start Free download”. This will install the java plug-in for Firefox to view the image.
