Civil Cases
The District Clerk Civil Division is responsible for filing and maintaining all civil litigation, such as personal injury, property disputes, suits on bad debts and other types of civil lawsuits and assisting the public and attorneys with any questions. The Civil Division processes all service and/or subpoenas required and is responsible for the filing and data entry of all documents received on each case until that case is concluded.
