Judge Kristin Bays
The 284th District Court has the following rules and procedures for
(1) Pending Motions, (2) Ancillary/Submission Dockets, and
(3) Matters Which Do Not Need To Be Set.
If it has been more than 7 days since a motion's submission or hearing and you have received no ruling,
please email one of the Coordinators (give them the cause number and matter for which you need a ruling).
Judge Bays' goal is to consider and rule on all such matters
within 48 hours of the submission/hearing.
