The Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s Office (MCFMO) Drone Program utilizes several UAS platforms to enhance public safety by reducing risk to the citizens of Montgomery County and first responders. The MCFMO Drone Program enhances fire scene investigations, HAZMAT and Bomb Squad responses. The program also utilizes the UAS platforms to assist partner agencies for any request, to include wildland and structure fire responses, search for suspects on open land or in buildings as well as search efforts for lost persons.
