Firework Information
Firework Seasons in Montgomery County:
July 4th Holiday: Beginning June 24th and ending at midnight on July 4th
New Years Eve Holiday: Beginning December 20th and ending on midnight on January 1st of the following year
(FIREWORK INDOOR STORE AND STANDS ONLY)
Please provide your application, retail permit (this is submitted once a year during the July Season), and Tax ID paperwork (if permitting for the first time in Montgomery County). Firework permits cannot be issued unless all paperwork is submitted. If you have any questions please contact 936-538-8288. ONLINE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
All fees for firework permits are as follows:
Indoor Store $100.00 PER SEASON
Firework Storage $200.00 PER SEASON
Retail Firework Stand $50.00 PER SEASON
Fees will double after season begins.
For all Pyro Show and Cold Spark Vendors, please fill out the below application and submit via email to fire.codes@mctx.org.
