Texans Recovering Together is an outreach program that focuses on connecting disaster survivors with community resources to foster the recovery process after Tropical Storm Imelda. They also provide support for individuals who are having difficulty adjusting after the disaster experience.

Hurricane Harvey
Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP)  
The Homeowner Assistance Program helps homeowners affected by Hurricane Harvey repair and rebuild their homes. 
*NOTE* Properties located in the floodway are not eligible for this program.

Homeowner Reimbursement Program (HRP)
The Homeowner Reimbursement Program can help owners recover up to $50,000 in out of pocket expenses for home repairs due to Hurricane Harvey. 
*NOTE* Properties located in the floodway are not eligible for this program.

Texas Back in Business
Funded by Congress, under the Department of HUD and authorized by the GLO, Texas Back in Business is the $100 million Hurricane Harvey Relief Program for Texas small businesses. Texas Back in Business is the jobs and economic revitalization program created to help small businesses in Texas that suffered damage from Hurricane Harvey.

Texas small business owners can apply for grants from $50,000 up to $250,000 online at TexasBackInBusiness.com.
