Non-structure Permits
Development Permits are necessary to ensure that the Floodplain Management Regulations from our County Court Order and FEMA are met to minimize public and private loses. Development Permits Non-Structure apply to all land development and are cumulative of all other rules, regulations, and requirements of Montgomery County.
