Appointment and Fee reporting is governed by Chapter 36, Texas Government Code. These appointments include the appointment of attorneys ad litem, guardians ad litem, amicus attorneys in family law proceedings, as well as appointed mediators.
Caseload Statistics Reporting are by-court reports that show the number of cases pending at the beginning or end of each month, number of cases filed or added to the court's docket, the number of cases disposed, and other information regarding casetypes and the time it took to dispose of cases during that month.
Studies and Research constitute special studies undertaken by the Montgomery County Office of Court Administration in order to analyze particular issues of interest to the courts.
