Consider the partial replat of Phase 1A Bluejack National recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 3074-3088 and a partial replat of Reserve W Bluejack National Phase 1A Partial Replat No. 1 recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 4216-4226 in the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Phase 1A Bluejack National, Partial Replat No. 6.  The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure Reserve W and Lot 24, Block 1 of Phase 1A.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Point Aquarius, Section 3 recorded in Cabinet A, Sheet 40B in the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Point Aquarius Section 3, Replat No. 1.  The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine 2 Lots into 1 Lot. 

Consider the partial replat of Lot 22 and a portion of Lot 21 of Western Hills Commercial Development Section 2, as recorded in Cabinet E, Sheet 69B of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Western Hills Commercial Development, Section 2, Partial Replat No. 1.  The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 3 commercial reserves and 1 block.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 3 of Splendora Farms, Section 1, as recorded in Volume 5, Page 103 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Splendora Farms, Replat of Lot 3, Section 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 2 residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Dogwood Forest, Section 1, as recorded in Volume 7, Page 219 in the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as DML Conroe Replat. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create an unrestricted reserve.

Consider the replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of Montgomery County Business Park, recorded in Cabinet J, Sheet 64 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Taco Bell Montgomery, Section 1 Replat. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine lots 1 and 2 into 1 restricted commercial reserve.

Consider the replat Lots 12,13 and 14 of Buck Hills Subdivision, as recorded under Volume 7, Page 425 in the map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as The Cottage at Buckshot Landing Replat. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine lots into one unrestricted reserve.

Consider the  partial replat of Lot 9, Block 6 of Spendora Estates as recorded in Volume 5, Page 138 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Splendora Estates, Partial Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 2 residential lots.

Consider the replat of Lot 1, Block 2 of Tower Glen North Subdivision, as recorded in Cabinet D, Sheet 69 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Tower Glen North, Section 1, Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure Lot 1 into 2 Lots.

Consider the partial replat of the residue of Restricted Reserve L of Wood Lake Village Section 1 as recorded in Cabinet V, Sheets 95-99 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Harper's Preserve, Section 17 Replat. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to conform to a revised land plan and dedicated preservation easements.
