The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to subdivide 1 lot into 2 lots.

Consider the partial replat of Reserve A, Section One, of Loch Ness Cove recorded in Cabinet A, Sheet 81 of map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Loch Ness Cove, Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reduce the size of Reserve A and create a single lot.

Consider the partial replat of The Reserve on Lake Conroe, Section One, a subdivision recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 5824-5831, Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as The Reserve on Lake Conroe, Section One, Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to subdivide 50 existing lots into 100 lots.

Consider the partial replat of Foster's Ridge Section 19 as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 7694-7700 in the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Fosters Ridge, Section 19, Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to adjust the boundary line of Lot 1 (formally Lot 48) and Reserve "A" (formally Reserve "B").
