Consider the partial replat of Lexington Heights, Section 1, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 9314-9317 of the Mongtomery County Map Records, to be known as East Gate Villas. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure a portion of Reserve A of Lexington Heights, Section 1, so that East Gate Villas Drive may be connected with Lexington Heights Drive.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 10, 11, & 12 of Sierra Woods recorded in Cabinet J, Sheets 53-55 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Sierra Woods Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine three lots into one commercial reserve and remove easements from original plat.

Consider the partial replat of Restricted Reserve "B" of Lake Creek Estates, Section 2 as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 9661 of the Montgomery County Map Records and a replat of Lot 10 of Lake Creek Estates as recorded in Volume 5, Page 156 of the Montgomery County Map Records to be known as Lake Creek Estates, Section 4. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine Lot 10 of Lake Creek Estates together with Restricted Reserve "B" of Lake Creek Estates, Section 2 to create 5 Lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 16 in Block 1 of Oak Woods as recorded in Cabinet D, Sheet 134-B of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Oak Woods Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 2 lots in 1 block.

 Consider the partial replat of Lots 11-13, Block 12 of Westwood Two Subdivision as recorded in Cabinet B, Sheet 103 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Richs Car Wash Tamina Road. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create one restricted commercial reserve.

Consider the partial replat of Reserve J of Texaba Subdivision as recorded in Cabinet D, Sheet 17A of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Cielo, Section 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create one hundred and seven (107) – forty-five (45) foot lots in three (3) blocks.

Consider the partial replat of Partial Replat of Lot 1 in Block 5 of Hidden Lake Estates, Section 2, as recorded in Cabinet Y, Sheet 097 of the Montgomery County Map Records., to be known as Hidden Lake Estates, Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create one residential lot.

Consider the partial replat of Block 2 in the M.H. Gossett Subdivision as recorded in Volume 2, Page 28 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Koinonia Church Campus. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 2 Reserves in 1 Block.

Consider the partial replat of restricted reserve "A" of Lake Creek Estates, Section 2, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 9661 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Lake Creek Estates, Section 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine a portion of restricted reserve "A" together with a part of a 43.364 acre tract to create section 3 which will contain 34 residential lots and 3 restricted reserves.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 155, 156, and 157 of the IDA Straus Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 21 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Muirhead Replat. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 3 lots from a 131.601 acre tract.

Consider the partial replat of Restricted Reserve "D", Block 6, Thousand Oaks, Section Two as recorded in Cabinet N, Sheet 180-182 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Thousand Oaks Recreational Area. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to change the allowed use of property.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 206 of Bear Creek Ranch as recorded in Volume 5, Page 189 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Bear Creek Ranch Partial Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 2 Lots.
