Montgomery County Public Notices

Consider the replat of unrestricted Reserve "B", Block 1, Alders at Magnolia Circle Addition recorded under Cabinet Z, Sheets 5613-5614 in the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Shoppe's at Magnolia Circle (Replat). The purpose of the proposed replat is to create one Reserve.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 27 and 28 of Cagle Branch Estates as recorded in Volume 5, Page 445 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Hyland Center (Partial Replat). The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create a restricted reserve from portions of Lots 27 and 28.

Consider the partial replat of Unrestricted Reserve "A", Block One, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 1539 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as High Meadow Estates Section One, Partial Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to change unrestricted Reserve "A" into three residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 1, High Meadow Estates, Section 1, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 1539 of the map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as High Meadows Estates, Section 1, Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to revise the common lot lines between Lots 13, 14 & 15 and combine lots 12 & 13.

Consider the partial replat of unrestricted Reserve "B" of del Lago Subdivision, Section 3 recorded in Cabinet D, Sheet 85-B of Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Partial Replat of del Lago Subdivision, Section 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to change unrestricted Reserve "B" into three residential lots.

Consider the replat of Lot 2 of Triple J Farms as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 6187 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Triple J Farms, Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed replat is to add 0.280 acres to the south end of Lot 2 of Triple J Farms.

Consider the partial replat of Reserve "C" of Noble Greens at Woodforest, Section 2, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 7350-7352 of the map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Noble Greens at Woodforest Section 3 (Partial Replat). The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reduce size of Reserve "C" for the benefit of creating new section being platted.

Consider the partial replat of Phase 1B Bluejack National and a partial replat of Reserve "W" Bluejack National Phase 1A Partial Replat No. 1 recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 6071-6075 Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as, Bluejack National, Phase 1B, Partial Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure Lots 4-7, Block 1.

Consider the replat of Reserve "A" of Palmetto Apex Real Estate Fund Development, Cabinet Z, Sheet 3690-3692 M.C.M.R., to be known as Mac Commercial Park (Replat). The purpose of the proposed replat is to subdivide Reserve "A" into two new reserves.

Consider the replat of unrestricted Reserve "A", Block 1 of Crockett Trace Estates, Section 8, Cabinet Z, Sheet 6104 in the MCMR, to be known as Crockett Trace Estates, Section 8, Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed replat is to change unrestricted Reserve "A" into 3 lots and 1 unrestricted Reserve.
