Professionally, Charlie Riley is currently the Precinct 2 County Commissioner since January 1, 2015. Prior to holding the office of County Commissioner, Charlie served for 13 years as the Operations Manager for Commissioner Craig Doyal, where he handled the day to day operations of Precinct 2. ![]() Charlie has called Magnolia home for 45+ years and graduated from Magnolia High School. He is blessed with a loving wife, Deanne, son and daughter-in-law Rip and Kimberly Riley, daughter and son-in-law Alicia and David Curry and four precious grandchildren Kynlee, Karlee, Bryton and Kade.. Charlie Riley has been an ongoing active community member since he graduated from high school. He is past president of Magnolia ISD School Board. He is a founding member and past President of The Magnolia Education Foundation, past Vice President of The Montgomery County Committee on Aging (Friendship Center), is a founding member and current board member of the Magnolia Community Foundation, past board member of the Montgomery County United Way, member of the Montgomery County Search and Rescue, member of the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce, member of Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, member of Magnolia Lions Club. Charlie Riley is a lifetime member of the Montgomery County Fair Association. He and Deanne are members of the Magnolia Cowboy Church. Charlie is well known for volunteering throughout the community and donates a lot of his time organizing various fundraiser's and benefits for many organizations and groups throughout the county. |
