All appearance dates and due dates for citations will be
extended until January 5, 2023.
Civil filings and evictions can be filed via mail, efile, or night drop box. All forms are under "Information and Forms" on the left menu bar.
Voicemails can be left for emergency situations. We will return messages
for the following reasons: Writ of Restoration, Writ of Possession, Writ of Retrieval, Writ of reentry)

1. To schedule a wedding, please call Brandie at Justice of the Peace, Pct 1 at 936-788-8351 during regular office hours.You must have a marriage license.
