WHAT HAPPENS AT A PRE-TRIAL HEARING?

We hold Pre-Trial Hearings three (3) times per month
     - The Montgomery location it is always the first Monday of every month;
     - The Willis location it is always the first Tuesday and the third Friday of every month.

A Pre-Trial Hearing is not a trial; your case will not be heard before the Judge. This will be a time for you to contest the violation(s) and try to work out an agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached then you may request a Bench Trial or a Jury Trial to be held at a later date.

Pre-Trial Hearings are held on a first come first serve bases, you will come into the court room, check in with the Court Clerk, and she will give you a number.

Once your number is called out by the Bailiff you can go talk to the Assistant District Attorney about your case.
